As Chief Operating Officer at GPR Poland, Andrei Checiches is responsible for driving operational excellence across Finance, People, and Technology. He brings a pragmatic, execution-focused leadership style shaped by more than 20 years of global experience.

Throughout his career, Andrei has held senior leadership roles at industry-leading companies including GE Healthcare, Dyson, Alcatel-Lucent, ArcelorMittal, and FLYR Labs. In these roles, he consistently led initiatives that improved performance, fostered innovation, and established strong operational foundations across complex organizations and international teams.

Andrei is also the Founder and CEO of Thrivity, a consultancy delivering transformation and scale-up services to fast-growing businesses and private equity firms. Through this work, he has developed close partnerships with PE investors, supporting them in accelerating value creation across their portfolio companies through targeted operational support, organizational design, and execution excellence.

Hüsnü Yesirci is a strategist with over 20 years of experience in industries such as aviation, construction, IT, and telecommunications. His work encompasses business strategy, product development, and project management, with a focus on guiding initiatives from conception through to successful implementation.

Hüsnü has held senior roles across various sectors, including as a strategic director, interim director, and consultant. He has been actively involved in private equity, overseeing fundraising and investment activities for significant projects. As a decision-maker, he contributed to the management of a €2 billion public-private partnership portfolio, driving its strategic direction and execution.

Hüsnü’s experience includes collaborations with both public institutions, such as the Turkish and Hungarian governments, and private organisations like Turkcell and Planet Labs. He has a particular interest in the intersection of governance, technology, and data security, addressing the challenges of aligning technological advancements with organisational goals. Hüsnü continues to focus on using innovation to deliver practical and sustainable growth opportunities across industries.

An experienced analyst specializing in energy optimization for enterprises, he has collaborated with leading energy sector companies such as Axpo and the Enel Group. With a strong educational background in finance, he combines technical knowledge with financial acumen to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the evolving needs of businesses.

His expertise encompasses preparing companies for the energy transition, including the development and implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies to align with global sustainability standards. Leveraging his deep understanding of the energy market and financial dynamics, he supports organizations in navigating regulatory frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing carbon footprints.

In addition to his work in energy sector, he provides investment and strategic advisory services, focusing on critical infrastructure projects that drive transformation. His skillset includes financial modeling, risk assessment, and capital structuring, ensuring that projects are both sustainable and economically viable. By bridging the gap between finance and energy, he helps businesses secure a competitive edge in a rapidly transitioning global economy.

Ania Krosinska, born in Gliwice, Poland, is a former chess champion and international cover model actress turned artist, humanitarian activist, and entrepreneur. She studied forensic science and criminology at the University of Toronto and has built a remarkable career in real estate, specializing in pre-construction. Ania has been involved in over $1 billion in transactions in the pre-construction condominium market, earning recognition for her expertise and success in the field.

In addition to her real estate achievements, Ania has engaged in public service, running for provincial office in 2016 and federal office in 2019. Her global profile as a model has amplified her advocacy, including her bold support for freedom of speech and the fight against terrorism, exemplified by her “Je Suis Charlie” campaign in honor of Charlie Hebdo.

A graduate of Journalism and European Studies at the University of Warsaw. An expert in Marketing & Public Relations and owner of the PR agency “Commfort Safety.” She has gained experience by managing sales and marketing projects for brands such as DIOR, DESANGE, MAXMARA, GPW, WPROST, PSA, and HTC. For many years, she has continuously provided business consulting in product communication, crisis communication, and CSR strategies for entities in the energy, EV, and alternative fuels sectors.

Wojciech Śniegowski graduated from the Department of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland with a Master’s Degree of Administration. In Canada he founded and co-managed a consulting practice in the field of immigration that served 10 000 clients in two and a half years. As an Associate Producer Wojciech was in charge of the production team creating two weekly Polish language TV shows, airing on OMNI TV and CMFT TV from 1990 – 2012.

He managed trade exhibits and hosted trade missions. Between 1991 – 1995 Wojciech served two terms as a member of the Community Reference Group on Ethno-Racial and Aboriginal Access to Metropolitan Toronto Inc. Services. He advised the Metro Toronto administration on a wide range of municipal issues.
Wojciech also served as a member of the Chief of Toronto Police Advisory Council between 2005 – 2014.

Since 1999 until 2009 he served as the President of the Canada-Poland Chamber of Commerce of Toronto dedicated to the development of economic exchange between Poland and Canada. Subsequently since 2009 until 2015 Wojciech held the position of the Chairman of the Board at the Canada-Poland Chamber of Commerce. In 2009 he was appointed by Privy Council to serve as a Citizenship Judge.

Jack Krosinski is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of diverse experience spanning industries such as defense, open and regulated commodities, and blockchain technology. Holding an Honors BA (History and Philosophy) from the University of Toronto, he has built an impressive career working with private conglomerates like Walmart and Renova S.A., as well as public sector organizations, including the provincial governments of New Brunswick and British Columbia and federal entities such as the armed forces of Poland.

As a former Vice President of the Canada-Poland Chamber of Commerce, Jack was recognized as Innovator of the Year in 2022 for his groundbreaking contributions to blockchain behavior analytics. His work has consistently bridged emerging technologies and established industries, creating innovative solutions that drive growth and modernization.

Jack’s extensive global network, cultivated through decades of strategic partnerships and high-impact and sensitive deals, spans a wide array of industries. With a proven ability to lead business development initiatives, scale operations, and foster meaningful collaborations, he is uniquely positioned to spearhead growth strategies and deliver exceptional results in today’s competitive global markets.

Our Chief Human Resource Officer, a graduate of AGH University in Krakow with a master’s degree, is a seasoned leader in large-scale operations management. Known for driving efficiency and achieving ambitious goals, he excels in process optimization and delivering exceptional results in dynamic environments.

With 18 years of experience in top roles at leading corporations such as Shell, Xerox, and Hitachi Vantara, Marcin has built a distinguished career. Specializing in trading and real estate, he brings a strategic and results-driven approach to dynamic market environments. A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow specializing in finance, Marcin combines extensive expertise with a proven track record of success across global industries.
